Combat Analysis System (CAS) Software
Oscmar Combat Analysis System (CAS) computer software package analyses all data generated from the various events of the exercises. The CAS software is loaded on an industry standard IBM compatible laptop or a PC running Windows 95 or a higher version package (such as Windows 98). A printer is needed to print reports.
CAS software is supplied on a CD ROM and is easily installed onto a PC or laptop. Complete installation and usage instructions are provided with the CAS user manual and online help.
The CAS provides for data to be downloaded from the harness Engagement Data Recorder (EDR) using the UCG. The UCG collects the data recorded in the EDRs, and then transfers it from the UCG to the CAS via a Computer Optical Port (COP) for collation and analysis. Screen Shot shown below.
