The ATE2000 is a computer system with specialised software and
hardware interfaces, which is dedicated to testing the CDNZ
live simulation equipment units.
It tests the following units:

- Umpire Controller Gun (UCG)
- Mini-Automatic Transmitter Automatic system (MATAS)
- Anti-personnel (AP) Mine Simulator
- Anti-vehicle (AV) Mine Simulator
- Vehicle Hit Indicator (VHI)
- Radio Laser Detector Modules (RLDM)
- Vehicle Information Unit (VIU)
- Large Format Transmitter (LFT)
- Back Blast Transmitter (BBT) for Back Blast Danger Area (BBDA)
